You can change how the subtitles look (font, size, and background) by visiting your Netflix Account page in a web browser and selecting under your profile.
: Go to Manage Profiles , select your profile, and ensure the Display Language or Audio & Subtitle Languages is set to include English.
: Pause the video, select the player controls at the bottom, and click Other . Choose English under the Subtitles section.
: Tap the screen during playback, select Audio & Subtitles at the bottom, and pick English .
