His "Skill Ability" allows him to kill you instantly if he gets close enough. Use the Minigun to keep him staggered at a distance.

Ghost Rider is most dangerous on his bike. The bike can teleport and attack CJ independently, but taking him off it gives you a window of opportunity.

Useful for knockback, though Ghost Rider is surprisingly agile.
