Nothing beats the 1080p Blu-ray version of this show. Watching Jimi tear through "Voodoo Child" in high definition is a spiritual experience. If you’re looking for the ultimate late-night watch, this is it. For me, it has to be "Pass It On."
The 1080p transfer is surprisingly clean, managed by Experience Hendrix. While there is some natural film grain, the detail on Jimi’s Fender Stratocaster and the vibrant stage lighting is sharp.
