"Exactly," Frankie Stein chimed in, her neck bolts sparking with excitement. "Now try this one: I have 100 spare stitches. If I use 7 stitches for every limb I reattach, and I have to fix 8 limbs, how many stitches do I have left?"
"I can't focus," Draculaura whispered, her pink pigtails drooping. "The numbers look like tiny bats flying across the page."
Draculaura tapped her chin with her pen. "Twelve times four... that’s 48!"
The ghouls spent the rest of the period turning scary scenarios into math solutions. They calculated the volume of swamp water in Lagoona’s tank and the speed of Cleo de Nile’s chariot.
