"Kurisu," Okabe muttered, his voice cracking. "The IBN 5100. It isn’t just a relic. It’s the key."

Okabe stepped onto the balcony, looking out over the neon-soaked streets of Akihabara. To the world, it was a normal Tuesday. To him, it was a battlefield where the lines of time were shifting like sand. He remembered a girl he’d met earlier—Moeka. Her desperate, silent eyes as she messaged him about the same IBN 5100. Everyone was hunting for this machine.
