Use a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive.
Place the extracted .bin file (often named bin_vst59.bin or similar) directly onto the root of the USB drive (do not put it in a folder). Flash the Firmware: Turn off the TV and unplug it. Insert the USB drive into the TV's USB port. Once the flashing stops or the TV reboots,
