Requires obtaining a unique unlock code from the Motorola website . Go to Settings > About Phone and tap Build Number 7 times
Go to Settings > System > Developer Options and enable OEM unlocking . unlock-tool-loader
Download Android SDK Platform-Tools for Windows, Mac, or Linux.
Open Command Prompt or PowerShell within the platform-tools folder.
Follows the standard ADB/Fastboot method above.
